Philosophy
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide counseling services to Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina residents. I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults in various clinical settings. I treat various issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem & identity issues, and more. I strive to assist my clients with developing coping skills for daily life, stronger positive relationships with others, and increased client independence. I work to create a non-judgmental, safe space for individuals to feel comfortable and respected. I am privileged to walk alongside clients who have reached out for assistance.
I have advanced training and experience working with those struggling with grief and loss. Whether my clients are processing the loss of a loved one, pet, or circumstance/life event, I am here to assist my clients through this unique and challenging process.
I incorporate various engaging holistic counseling approaches and psychotherapeutic methods into my sessions, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and more.
